How far ahead should we book seasonal staff?

The earlier the better. For Christmas peaks employers who brief us in early autumn get a far better standard of candidate than those who ring in November.

Can you supply large numbers at once?

Yes, by drawing from more than one branch. We will be straight with you about what is realistic for your location and rate.

What happens at the end of the season?

The assignment simply ends on the agreed date. If you want to keep someone on, temp to perm lets you move them onto your payroll.
