In detail

What this looks like in practice.

Five flexible options shaped around your routine and the level of support you need.

  1. 01

    Visiting Care

Ideal for people who want to stay independent at home with regular help during the day. Visits cover medication prompts, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and companionship.

    • Minimum visit 120 minutes
    • 1-4 visits per day
    • Same carers wherever possible
  2. 02

    Live-in Care

A single carer lives with you, providing continuous personal care, companionship and household support. A real alternative to residential care that keeps couples and pets together.

    • Continuous one-to-one support
    • Couples can stay together
    • Carers rotate on a planned rota
  3. 03

    24-Hour Care

Two or more carers cover the day in shifts, suitable for higher-dependency needs where a live-in arrangement would not provide enough rest for a single carer.

    • Two or more carers in shifts
    • Suitable for complex needs
    • Detailed handover at every change
  4. 04

    Overnight Care (Waking)

A waking-night carer stays alert in your home throughout the night, helping with toileting, repositioning, medication and reassurance.

    • Carer awake 22:00 to 07:00
    • Frequent overnight needs
    • Falls and confusion risk
  5. 05

    Overnight Care (Sleeping)

A sleep-in carer rests in your home and responds when needed, ideal for reassurance and occasional overnight support.

    • Reassurance through the night
    • Up to two short calls expected
    • Switches to waking rate if disturbed often
