    About Rutledge, Head Office Coleraine

    Our story

    From one office to 18.

Founded in Portadown in 1989, Rutledge Training Ltd. has grown from a single recruitment desk into one of Northern Ireland's leading recruitment, training and employability organisations. Today, with 18 branches across Northern Ireland and thousands of candidates supported into employment and training opportunities each year, Rutledge delivers a wide range of services across recruitment, apprenticeships, skills development and government-funded training programmes.

Guided by our commitment to "Maximising People Potential", we continue to provide a personal, local service through experienced teams who understand the communities, employers, candidates and learners they support across every part of Northern Ireland.
