Behind Rutledge is a senior leadership team with decades of experience across recruitment, training, employability and business operations throughout Northern Ireland. Supporting more than a 100+ staff across our branch network, the SLT works closely with local teams to ensure every learner, employer and candidate receives a responsive, personal service. While Rutledge has grown significantly since 1989, our leadership approach remains hands-on, community-focused and committed to maximising people potential across every area we serve.
