You set the package, the visit times and the services included. Invoiced monthly with a clear hourly rate and no hidden fees.

Direct Payments
If you receive Direct Payments from your Trust, you can choose Rutledge as your provider. We work with your Self-Directed Support coordinator on rates and reporting.

Local Authority
Rutledge holds active contracts across the Northern and Southern Trusts. Packages are arranged via your social worker; we can liaise directly on assessment and start dates.

We support NHS Continuing Healthcare and Funded Nursing Care packages, including complex care arrangements with clinical oversight.

Indicative hourly rates
Rates depend on visit length, time of day, location and any specialist clinical input. The figures below are an indicative starting point, your personalised quote will follow the in-home assessment.
- Daytime visiting care, from £25 per hour
- Evening and weekend visits, from £28 per hour
- Waking nights, from £230 per night
- Live-in care, weekly rate quoted on assessment
