Question 1

How quickly can you supply staff in Magherafelt?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the role and how many people you need. For temporary and industrial cover we work from an existing local candidate pool, so we can usually put forward names quickly. For permanent and specialist roles we agree a realistic timeline with you at the briefing stage rather than promising a number we cannot stand over.

Question 2

What sectors do you recruit for around Magherafelt?

Accepted Answer

Our Magherafelt team recruits across Industrial, Healthcare, Production & Manufacturing, Engineering. If your role sits outside that list we will tell you honestly whether another Rutledge branch is better placed to help.

Question 3

Do you handle temporary payroll?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Temporary workers supplied by Rutledge are paid weekly through our own PAYE payroll, including holiday pay and pension auto-enrolment. You receive a single invoice, with no payroll administration at your end.

Question 4

Can you supply temp to perm staff?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Temp to perm lets you take someone on temporarily and move them onto your own payroll once you are satisfied they are right for the role. It is a common route for employers who want to see someone in the job before committing.

Question 5

Who will I be dealing with?

Accepted Answer

A named team member at our Magherafelt branch on 4 King Street, Magherafelt, BT45 6AR. Your enquiry goes to that branch directly, not to a central call centre.

Question 6
