How much notice do you need for temp cover?

For general cover we can often work same day or next day. Ticketed and regulated roles need longer because certification and vetting have to be verified first.

Who is responsible for the temp worker's pay and holidays?

Rutledge. Temporary workers are on our payroll and we handle wages, holiday pay, pension auto-enrolment and statutory deductions.

Can a temporary worker become permanent?

Yes. Temp to perm is a standard option and your branch will explain the terms before the placement starts.
