Can you supply warehouse staff at short notice?

Usually yes for general warehouse and picking roles, because we work from an existing local pool at each branch. For ticketed roles such as forklift we confirm certification first, which can add a little time.

Do you check forklift licences?

Yes. We ask to see in date certification and record it before a driver starts, alongside standard right to work checks.

Can warehouse temps go permanent?

Yes. Temp to perm is common in warehousing. You take someone on temporarily and move them onto your own payroll once you are satisfied they are right for the job.
