Can you cover night shifts?

Yes. We staff rotating and permanent night shifts, and we are contactable out of hours when a shift needs covering at short notice.

Do you supply whole teams?

Yes. For new lines or seasonal ramp ups we can mobilise groups of operatives, drawing from more than one branch where needed.

Who employs the temporary workers?

Rutledge does. They are on our PAYE payroll, paid weekly, with holiday pay and pension auto-enrolment handled by us.
