Home Care Assistant - Day or Overnight Sitting Services.

Rutledge Recruitment is seeking caring, compassionate, and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our established community care team in the Coleraine, Portrush, Portstewart, and Ballymoney areas. This is a permanent opportunity to provide essential sitting services for elderly and vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes. We offer both day and overnight shifts, ranging from 2 to 9 hours, depending on individual client needs.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personal and practical support tailored to each client's care plan. Your duties will include assisting with personal care such as dressing, bathing, and feeding, managing medication prompts, and preparing meals. You will also support mobility, provide companionship, and carry out light household duties, ensuring accurate daily records are maintained.
