Home Care Assistants – Day Sits Or Overnight Sitting Services.

Rutledge Recruitment is seeking caring, compassionate, and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our established community care team in Portadown. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives by providing high-quality domiciliary and sitting services to elderly and vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes, we would love to hear from you.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personal and practical support tailored to each client's care plan. This includes assisting with personal care, preparing meals and refreshments, administering or prompting medication, supporting mobility, and providing companionship. You will also maintain accurate daily records and travel within your local area.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to make a real difference in their community. Full training is provided, and we offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible day and night shifts ranging from 2 to 9 hours, depending on individual needs. This role is subject to a clear Access NI Enhanced Vetting Check.
