The role
Rutledge Recruitment is currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join an established care facility based in the Ballymena area on an ongoing basis.
Role Overview
As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and upkeep across the site, helping to ensure the facility is maintained to a safe, clean and presentable standard.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00am–5:00pm
Ongoing position
Pay Rate
£14.00 per hour
Duties Include
General maintenance and upkeep throughout the care home
Painting and decorating
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Ensuring communal areas and facilities are maintained to a good standard
Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues
Supporting the wider team with general upkeep duties
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
Additional Information
Initially paid through agency payroll
Permanent employment is subject to a successful review period and business requirements
Enhanced AccessNI clearance will be required before employment.
