Rutledge Recruitment is seeking caring, compassionate, and reliable Home Care Assistants to join an established community care team in the Ballymena area. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives by providing high-quality domiciliary and sitting services for elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personal and practical support tailored to each client's care plan. This includes providing sitting services, assisting with personal care such as dressing, bathing, and feeding, as well as administering or prompting medication. You will also help with meal preparation, support mobility, provide companionship, and manage light household duties.
We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to supporting others with a friendly and professional approach. You will play a vital role in enabling clients to maintain their independence and comfort at home.

What you will bring.
- 01You must hold a valid UK driving licence
- 02You must have access to a vehicle for work
- 03You must be eligible to work in the UK
- 04You must be willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI check
- 05You must be willing to register with NISCC
- 06You should have a good standard of verbal and written English
- 07You should possess a caring, friendly, and professional attitude
