Rutledge Recruitment is seeking caring, compassionate, and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our established community care team in the Magherafelt, Cookstown, and Maghera areas. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives by providing high-quality domiciliary and sitting services to elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes, we encourage you to apply.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personal and practical support tailored to each client's care plan. This includes assisting with personal care, preparing meals, supporting mobility, providing companionship, and undertaking light household duties. You will maintain accurate daily records and travel between clients' homes within your local area.
Sitting services range from 2 to 9 hours, depending on individual needs. Both day and night shifts are available, with options for full-time and part-time positions. This is an opportunity to contribute significantly to the well-being of individuals in your community.

What you will bring.
- 01You must hold a valid UK driving licence
- 02You must have access to a vehicle for work
- 03You must be eligible to work in the UK
- 04You must be willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI check
- 05You must be willing to register with NISCC
- 06You must have a good standard of verbal and written English
- 07You must possess a caring, friendly, and professional attitude
- 08Applicants must be over 18 years of age
