The role
Rutledge Recruitment is seeking caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our established community care team, providing essential home care services.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality domiciliary and sitting services to elderly and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes. Your shifts, available day and night, may range from 2 to 9 hours, tailored to individual client needs.
Key responsibilities include providing sitting services, assisting with personal care such as dressing, bathing, and toileting, helping with meal preparation, supporting mobility, and offering companionship. You will also maintain accurate daily records and travel from home to home within the local Newtownabbey area. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

What you will bring.
- 01You must hold a valid UK driving licence
- 02You must have access to a vehicle for work purposes
- 03You must be eligible to work in the UK
- 04You must be willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI check
- 05You must be willing to register with NISCC
- 06You should have a good standard of verbal and written English
- 07You should possess a caring, friendly, and professional attitude
