The role
Rutledge Recruitment is seeking caring, compassionate, and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our established community care team in the Lurgan area. We provide high-quality domiciliary and sitting services to elderly and vulnerable adults, helping them to live comfortably in their own homes. This is a chance to make a real difference, supporting individuals with dignity and respect.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personal and practical support tailored to each client’s care plan. This includes assisting with personal care, preparing meals and refreshments, supporting mobility, and providing companionship. You will also help with light household duties and maintain accurate daily records, travelling between homes within your local area.
We offer both day and night sitting services, with shifts ranging from 2 to 9 hours depending on individual needs. If you are dedicated, reliable, and passionate about supporting others, we would love to hear from you. Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

What you will bring.

- 02You must have access to a vehicle for work
- 03You must be eligible to work in the UK
- 04You must be willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI check
- 05You must be willing to register with NISCC
- 06You should have a good standard of verbal and written English
- 07You should possess a caring, friendly, and professional attitude
