The role
Rutledge Recruitment is seeking caring, compassionate, and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our established community care team in the Antrim Area. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personal and practical support tailored to each client's care plan. This includes providing sitting services for elderly and vulnerable adults, assisting with personal care such as dressing and bathing, meal preparation, medication prompting, and supporting mobility. You will also offer companionship and engage in activities, maintain accurate daily records, and travel between clients' homes within your local area.
We provide high-quality domiciliary and sitting services, operating with full-time and part-time positions available. Our sits range from 2 to 9 hours, depending on individual needs, with both day and night shifts available. What you will bring.
- 01You must have a valid UK driving licence
- 02You must have access to a vehicle for work purposes
- 03You must be eligible to work in the UK
- 04You must be willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI check
- 05You must be willing to register with NISCC
- 06You should have a good standard of verbal and written English
- 07You should possess a caring, friendly, and professional attitude
- 08Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
