The role
Rutledge Recruitment is seeking caring, compassionate, and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our established community care team in the Cookstown, Dungannon, and Magherafelt areas. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives by providing high-quality domiciliary and sitting services for elderly and vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personal and practical support tailored to each client's care plan. This includes assisting with personal care, meal preparation, supporting mobility, providing companionship, and maintaining accurate daily records. Our sitting services range from 2 to 9 hours, with both day and night shifts available.
We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, reliable, and ready to make a real difference in their community. Full training is provided, making this an ideal role for those new to care or experienced professionals.

What you will bring.
- 01You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work
- 02You must be eligible to work in the UK
- 03You must be willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI check
- 04You must be willing to register with NISCC
- 05You should have a good standard of verbal and written English
- 06You should have a caring, friendly, and professional attitude
