The role
Rutledge Recruitment and Training is currently recruiting a full-time Tele Sales Executive to join an established sales team based in Derry/Londonderry. This permanent role involves communicating with new and existing customers, processing orders, and supporting the wider sales and marketing activity of the organisation.
What you will be doing
- Contacting potential and existing customers by telephone
- Providing a high standard of customer care
- Processing customer orders accurately
- Recording and updating customer information and sales data
- Gathering sales information and monitoring market trends
- Helping to maintain pricing and credit-control procedures
- Supporting promotional and marketing activity
- Completing general administrative duties
