The role
Rutledge Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a prestigious client in the Derry area. This senior operational role involves overseeing all food and beverage services, including restaurants, bars, events, and room service. The position is suited to a hospitality manager who can lead from the front and maintain exceptional service standards.
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading the departments, managing daily operations, and ensuring consistently high standards across all outlets. Your duties will include recruiting and developing the team, overseeing departmental profitability, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring full compliance with licensing and health and safety requirements.
You will work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience and identify opportunities to increase revenue. The successful candidate will support menu planning and quality control while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and operational performance.
