The role
An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a bar and restaurant in Trillick, located approximately 20 minutes from Omagh and Enniskillen. This permanent role offers the chance to take full creative control of the culinary direction of the establishment.
The current schedule covers Friday and Saturday, though there is potential for the working week to expand to include Thursday.
What you will be doing
- Take the lead in running the kitchen
- Prepare and cook dishes for restaurant service
- Lead the development and introduction of a new menu
- Create signature dishes that showcase your cooking
- Refresh and expand the menu as the restaurant develops
- Shape the food offering to encourage repeat custom
