Location: Portadown Area
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Overtime: Available and paid where required

Rutledge Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent HGV Class 2 Driver to join an established Scaffolding team based in the Portadown area.

This is a varied role, ideal for an experienced Class 2 driver who is happy to get involved with more than just the driving side of the job. Alongside driving, you will assist with loading and unloading, support scaffolders on jobs where required, and help with general labouring duties.

The Role

• •Driving HGV Class 2 vehicles to and from various sites
• •Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
• •Assisting scaffolders on jobs when required
• •Carrying out general labouring duties as needed
• •Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely
• •Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
• •Working as part of a team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
• •Following all relevant health and safety procedures

About You

• •Valid HGV Class 2 licence
• •Previous Class 2 driving experience
• •Reliable and hardworking attitude
• •Comfortable carrying out manual and general labouring duties
• •Willing to assist on-site when required
• •Good awareness of health and safety
• •Able to work well as part of a team

Forklift or Telehandler experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
