The role
Rutledge Recruitment is seeking reliable Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Omagh. This is a permanent opportunity offering consistent weekday hours, providing a stable routine with no night shifts and an early finish every Friday.
Successful candidates will be responsible for general production and manufacturing duties, including the safe operation of machinery and equipment. The role involves assembling, packing, and preparing products while maintaining strict quality checks and adhering to production targets. You will work closely with the wider production team to ensure workplace procedures and safety standards are met at all times.
