The role
Rutledge Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced Food Production Operatives to join a food manufacturing facility based in Omagh. This is a full-time opportunity providing consistent weekday hours with no night shifts and an early finish every Friday.
The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing, processing, and packing food products while operating production machinery and equipment safely. You will complete regular quality checks throughout the production process and ensure all products are accurately labelled and prepared for dispatch.
Working as part of a dedicated production team, you will follow food safety, hygiene, and production procedures to meet daily targets. You will also be required to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment at all times.

- 01Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is essential
- 02Strong understanding of workplace hygiene and safety standards
- 03Reliable attendance and excellent timekeeping skills
