IT User Skills is intended for those who wish to improve on their understanding and confidence with IT Skills.
The Level 3 gives the learner more options to learn about and study within this sector. Learners will be able to devise solutions in the use of IT tools in order to improve productivity. They will take considerable responsibility and autonomy, and the prepared to offer support and advice to others.
