We have worked with Rutledge Training to deliver L4 and L5 ILM Leadership units with a number of cohorts as an integral part of our hotel manager development programmes.
Rutledge have the ability to put together a flexible remote delivery model that works around the operational responsibilities of our managers. The tutors identified by Rutledge are knowledgeable, experienced and just as importantly are welcoming to the cohort members. They have the ability to put learners at ease, answer questions and concerns and make the learning journey enjoyable even for those managers who have been out of formal education for a number of year. I hope our partnership will go from strength to strength.

Having just moved into my role, my new colleagues who had previously attended an ILM course with Rutledge recommended it to me. The material was very relevant and the course Tutor was so flexible in her teaching, tailoring the programme to the industry I work in. I also gained a lot of exposure to the other delegates which I found very valuable. After attending the course I am starting to apply the skills that I learnt from the course which will be a great contributor to the end result of the projects I work on. I chose to train through Rutledge because my colleague had recently completed their level 5 ILM Certificate and advised it was the best training she had ever received (thanks Paula). I was not disappointed, the course content was excellent with a good balance between theory and practical application, which I think was a great way to learn. This course has given me a more cemented view in my role and having completed the unit on ‘Becoming an Effective Leader’ my key take away was the importance of continuous self-development and how to identify opportunities to develop myself in a Leadership role. My Tutor Pat was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and flexible. I am already signed up for another Unit and looking forward to starting it.

When I wanted to develop my leadership skills I knew there would be no better place to learn than Rutledge. The Tutor Tracey, was clear and interesting and I liked her style of teaching. The material we covered in managing and implementing change in the workplace was up highly relevant to my role.
