Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service

The Level 2 Diploma is an entry-level based Diploma in the Customer Service course range; an advancement from the Level 2 Certificate. This qualification covers basic understanding of the Customer Service environment and gives you a wide choice of optional modules to tailor your qualification.

Designed for learners who work in the Customer Service sector and other related sectors, for example Contact Centre and Sales. Suitable for those who are new to Customer Service based roles and those looking to enhance their skills.

To give you an understanding of this course, there will be a selection of mandatory units, complimented by a wide choice of optional units, such as:

  • Deliver Customer Service
  • Understanding Customers
  • Understanding Employer Organisations
  • Communicate with Customers in Writing (Optional)

Designed for those who are more familiar to the work environment of Customer Service and wish to further their careers by gaining the practical skills, confidence and knowledge required for working in the sector.

Level 4 Diploma in Customer Service

Our highest level in the Customer Service course range, the Level 4 Diploma focuses on management and supervisory based topics and practical learning. It is designed to help you manage and lead teams within the sector, as well as personally and professionally develop.

Designed for those who work or wish to work in team lead / management roles within Customer Service such as Sales Leaders and Store Deputy/Managers. Suitable for those with a good understanding of Customer Service and teamworking.

Topics will focus on management within the sector, the course is made up of mandatory units as well as a choice of optional units you can pick that would compliment your career. Learners will study topics such as:

  • Manage Customer Service operations
  • Manage personal and professional development
