As an Apprentice you will get paid to train to work for a local business within Northern Ireland. You will get fully trained and supported from internal teams within the company. In addition you will work towards an NVQ in a relevant vocation, similar to your job role. To become an Apprentice you must be aged 16-24 (exemptions apply for Engineering and I.T) and not in any other form of education or training.
There is also two options to secure an Apprenticeship:
- Unemployed pathway - Apply for an existing role through Rutledge Training, register your interest here!
- Employed pathway - Be working for a Northern Ireland based business 21 hours or more per week
