Account development workshop

This course is designed to provide Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Relationship Managers, Sales Professionals with the skills, behaviours and techniques to maximise the profitability from the accounts that they manage. Our Account Management Training Course looks at how to build long term relationships so your existing clients will stay with you for longer, spend more with you and are open to cross and up-selling opportunities. You will also receive CPD certification for completing the course.

  • Understand how to move from supplier to trusted advisor with your customers;
  • Better understand relationship building skills and techniques;
  • Learn how to account plan – devising a revenue generation plan for each client;
  • Learn how to run an account review meeting.

Content:

  • Customer retention strategies;
  • Becoming a trusted adviser and how to measure trust to build relationships within an account;
  • SWOT analysis of your accounts;
  • Setting goals for each accounts – short, medium and long term;
  • Creating an account ‘touch point strategy’;
  • How to structure and run an account review meeting.

One-to-one on-line tutor coaching (1 hr)
