Base: Armagh

Contract: Full-Time/Permanent

Hours: 40 per week

 

Due to continued expansion Rutledge Recruitment and Training are recruiting for a dynamic, experienced and ambitious Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our domiciliary care division.

The successful applicant will support the Domiciliary Care Team and Healthcare Manager with day to day duties such as rostering, managing carers and speaking with clients and healthcare professionals.

The role involves:

  • Outbound sales calls to source placements for all healthcare candidates successful at interview
  • Working as part of a TEAM to assist with the servicing of existing clients and sourcing placements for temporary healthcare workers
  • Allocating care workers with the right skills and experience to deliver EXCELLENCE in care and support to each customer
  • Responding efficiently to day to day changes in the care and support packages
  • Recruitment and selection of staff (As per legislation and company policies)
  • Prescreening, shortlisting and interviewing of potential candidate
  • Business development through POSITIVE networking and lead generation

 

Applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • A minimum of 1 years outbound / field sales experience
  • COMMITMENT in providing a caring and empathetic service to client
  • Proven track record of successful conversion of sales
  • Ability to meet sales targets
  • A minimum of 1 years office administration experience
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’S grades A-C (Including Maths and English)
  • Valid driving license and access to own transport
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and speed are essential tools for this role

 

DESIREABLE:

  • Previous experience working in a Domiciliary/Care Assistant role
  • NVQ Level 2 OR 3 in Health and Social Care

 

As we operate an out of hour’s service, the successful candidate will be expected to be on call outside of office hours as and when required
