Job Role: Administrator (rj/981/sa)

Base: Derry/L'Derry (Waterloo Place)

Contract: Full-Time/Temporary Maternity Cover (9 months)

Hours of work: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

Start Date – Ideally March 2019

The Role:

The Administrator role is based within our Training Division of the business; liaising closely with the Management team and Student Advisors across the network.

 

Based at our offices in Waterloo Place, the successful candidate with have overall responsibility for updating and maintaining the internal and external training systems (IQS and TMS). They will work alongside another team member within the office.  

 

The successful applicant must have meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; and take pride and care in their work. This is a busy role with tight deadlines; therefore the candidate must be committed to the role.

 

This is a maternity cover post for a period of 9 months (with possible extension to 11 months). The successful candidate must be available to travel to Coleraine (Head Offices) for the first 4-6 weeks, for training. 

 

Your Profile:

  • 5 GCSE/Level 2 qualifications to include Numeracy and Literacy (Grade A* - C)
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience working in a government-funded training environment (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of TfS and AppNI programmes including the Operational Guidelines (Desirable)
  • Experience working with a geographically spread team (Desirable)
