Vacancy: Qualifications Administrator (RJ/911/QA)

Location: Belfast base

Contract: Part-Time/ Temp 9 months (Maternity Cover)

Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week (Flexibility with working pattern) 

 

 

We are currently recruiting for an ADMINISTRATOR within our Training Division; to be based at our Belfast Branch.

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day administration of all qualifications and training in accordance with the Awarding Body and company quality assurance systems.

 

This is a temporary position for a period of 9 months.  Hours of work are 22.5 hours per week over three working days.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurate      inputting, storage and retrieval of data to both manual and computerised      systems according to company procedures and standards.
  • Ensure      all registrations and certifications are carried out in the required      timeframes.
  • Liaise      with the accounts department to ensure all financial procedures are      aligned with activities in the qualifications department.
  • Attend      regular meetings with the Teaching and Learning Manager.
  • Monitor      the Internal Quality System to ensure it is giving the company the      statistical data required to make timely judgments regarding progress and      achievements of learners and take remedial action if necessary.
  • Liaise      with Teaching & Learning Co-ordinators to ensure that all      qualifications information regarding registration and certification is      accurate and up-to-date.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Two years administration experience to include  the operation and monitoring of information system (s) i.e. input, storage and retrieval of data
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy of information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full understanding of confidentiality policies
